Haven Black began with a simple observation: that great service in Nashville often felt rushed, generic, or transactional. We wanted to offer something steadier — a private chauffeur experience where every detail had been considered before you arrived.

The practical things.
How far in advance should I book?
For routine transfers, 24–48 hours is comfortable. For weddings, corporate events, or multi-vehicle reservations, two to four weeks is preferred. Same-day requests are accommodated when our schedule allows — call us and we'll be straight with you.
What's included in the rate?
Every reservation includes a vetted chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, flight tracking, complimentary wait time on transfers (30 minutes domestic, 60 minutes international), bottled water, and standard amenities. Tolls, parking, and gratuity are billed separately.
Do you accept gratuity?
Gratuity is appreciated but never assumed. A 20% service charge is customary if you'd like a benchmark; we accept anything offered graciously, and never make it awkward when it isn't.
Can you accommodate child seats?
Yes. We can provide infant, convertible, or booster seats with at least 12 hours' notice. A per-seat fee applies — just let us know your child's age and weight when you book and we'll include it in your quote.
What's your cancellation policy?
Reservations of less than four hours may be canceled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Reservations of four hours or more, including full-day and event bookings, may be canceled at no charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within the applicable window will be charged 100% of the deposit total.
Are you available 24/7?
Reservations can be placed any time of day or night, and we operate around the clock for booked rides. Our office is reachable from 7am to 9pm CT — outside those hours, the booking line still goes through.
